The company terms at hellominds.ai/terms-of-use also apply. This page adds the rules for hosting and joining game servers here.

Your game copy and client

You need a lawful PC copy of GTA V Legacy or GTA V Enhanced. Legacy servers are joined with FiveM.exe. Enhanced servers are joined with FiveM for GTAV Enhanced. Those clients are published by Cfx.re, not by us. A Legacy client cannot join an Enhanced server.

Not affiliated

We are not Rockstar Games, Take-Two Interactive, or Cfx.re. Their terms still apply to the game and to FiveM. We do not sell game accounts.

Your server

If you host a server, you are responsible for its content, its rules, and the conduct of the people who play on it. Do not use a server to distribute malware, cheat against other services, or infringe someone else’s rights.

Account linking

When you link a player, we store the FiveM license identifier, the connect address, and who is online. That is how a HelloMinds account is attached to a player and how the server list shows presence. See the privacy policy.
