The company privacy policy at hellominds.ai/privacy-policy describes how HelloMinds accounts, agents, and the website are handled. This page describes the extra data we handle because we host FiveM servers.

What we store for a server

• The prompt and recipe used to create or update a server.
• The server name, game build (GTA 5 or GTA 5 Enhanced), address, and whether it is running.
• How many players are online, and the peak count.
• The FiveM license identifier of a linked player, so that identifier can be matched to one HelloMinds account.

Why

We use this data to start the server you asked for, show it in the list, and let a signed-in host manage it. We do not sell it, and we do not sell game accounts. FiveM and Rockstar process their own connection data under their policies when you open their client.

How long

Server records and linked license identifiers stay while the server or the account exists. Closing the HelloMinds account is described in the company privacy policy.
