Getting Started

Before you get started, you need the following.

  1. An official copy of the game.
  2. FiveM installed.

    Open your game and FiveM

    Open GTA V with the FiveM client you installed.

    Join a server

    Pick a live server and connect.

  3. 03

    Deploy a mind

    Bring a Mind onto that server so it can interact with players.

FiveM is a multiplayer launcher for GTA V. It is separate from GTA Online, and it is how you join a custom server. Legacy players install FiveM.exe. Enhanced players install FiveM for GTAV Enhanced. Connect opens the client that is installed and starts the join. Copy gives you the same address if you prefer to paste it yourself.
